It doesn’t matter if you are new to the Kingwood area or have been following us for years on social media. We want to give you a better idea of how your journey will start and the incredible places it can take you. 

First things first.

Let’s get to know each other a little better. You can click HERE, and book your FREE NO SWEAT INTRO. You will then have a 15-30 minute conversation with one of our friendly and knowledgeable Coaches. During this time we will find out more about you, and your goals so that we can start to put together the best plan for you. For example hasanything worked for you in the past? What does a typical day look like for you? Is there something that is currently slowing down your progress? Who is your biggest fan? Why do you want to make a change? Your new Health and Fitness Journey will include Group Classes, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching or a combination of all three.

You will then start your Journey!

 One of our fun, and experienced Coaches will start to help you build your foundation with Accountability and Education. It doesn’t matter if you are a former athlete or not sure what a barbell is. We will meet you where you currently are and continue to build your Fitness. Because the first 90 days are so important we will meet with you every 30 days to reassess. You will begin to build some Healthy Habits with your Nutrition and Exercise during this time. We won’t ask you to become a new person over night. It took time to get where you currently are and it will take some time to get you to where you want to be. You will make simple changes first, and begin to get measurable results right out the gate. You will see improvement in your Performance, Health, and Mood almost immediately.

From here we will stay with you along the way.

After the first 30 days we will sit down again and reassess your journey. Your InBody scans help us keep you in line and moving toward your health goals. Our flexible exercise programs paired with knowledgeable coaches, and “SugarWOD” help you track your fitness goals. We use all of this data each time we meet to make sure you are continuing to improve..
