YOUTH PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Personal Training program is geared toward strength and conditioning, designed for both athletes and non-athletes ranging from ages 13-18. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as to establish a lifetime love of fitness. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught to enhance strength and power under the watchful eye of our certified trainers. We also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility, and flexibility. Whether in the offseason, or active season, now is the time to develop the athleticism, strength, speed, and power you ned to get you to the next level.

GROUP CLASSES

We work on functional exercises in a FUN way, so kids never get bored and each workout keeps them excited about participating. Functional movements are instrumental to all things that kids need to do when they plan… run, pull, push, throw, climb, lift, and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and efectively under the close supervision of out Certified Trainers. Adjustments and modicifaionts are made to accommodate the psecific needs and requirements of each and everychild in all of our classes. Our classes are available for two age groups: JV – Ages 6-9 and Varsity – Ages 10-14
