Every individual is different. The most effective and efficient way to reach your personal goals is to have a personal plan developed with your coach. Our expertise far outweigh just coaching CrossFit group classes. Unlike other fitness facilities in Kingwood, we are fortunate to have a training team made up of health care professionals and personal trainers, all ready to help you meet your goals. Our goal driven approach to personal training is by far the best in Kingwood, Texas. Our services include:

♦ Comprehensive assessment

♦ Goal setting support

♦ Ongoing nutrition and lifestyle optimization support

♦ Minimum of 4-6 custom designed workouts per week based on your individual goals and ability

♦ Weekly review and feedback based on logged training, sleep and nutrition results

♦ Quarterly 1-on-1 reassessment and planning session

12 hours written notice needed to reschedule session or loss of session will occur.

NUTRITION

We take our nutrition seriously here at CrossFit 1836, we don’t believe in fads, magic bullets or short term fixes. We will work with you on a one on one basis to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Our nutrition coaching program is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science based approach to health and wellness. We will employ simple behavior modification strategies to create the positive changes you desire without the stress of “dieting”.

Nutrition is the foundation of any healthy lifestyle, you can not out train a bad diet.

CROSSFIT

The foundation of our program is functional fitness.  We focus on building your body to be capable of doing real life activities in real life positions, not just using an obscure measurement to gauge your level of fitness.  The functional exercises you perform while training at CrossFit 1836 replicate the movements you perform in real life. Standing from a seated position; placing items overhead; pulling yourself up; running; carrying groceries; and holding your child in your arms. These are small examples of the requirements placed upon you every day.  Your workout consists of a diverse group of exercises, with your individual effort setting your intensity level and dictating the pace at which you progress.  Our program is designed to help you achieve your Goals, and enhance your ability to successfully complete everyday activities of life.  The hallmark of our program is the individualized attention you receive as a result of our smaller group classes and interactive coaching sessions.  Smaller CrossFit classes lend themselves to helping you achieve your goals faster, safer, and allow our coaches the time to educate you along your lifelong fitness journey.  Your work outs are customized for you regardless of your age, gender, fitness level, or athletic background.
